I'd describe myself as a responsible, communicative, and positive person who always strives to look at life more cheerfully. At the same time, I stand by my principles in both, my personal and professional life.

How long have you been part of Mansion and how can you describe your career path so far?

I have been with Mansion for 8 years now and my Mansion Journey has been full of challenges, different positions, and development. It has helped me further shape my character not only on a professional but also on a personal level. Last but not least, it has given me new friendships which I am thankful for.

I started as a Customer Support Agent which taught me the very basics of the industry. The experience gathered on this role, still helps me to do my job better and even put myself in the shoes of the rest of the team members and relate to their challenges. However, in addition to this and in accordance with my current role, I also need to consider the business needs, every day challenges in the industry and use my experience to make the most of the two different views.

Why Mansion?

I felt like it was time to start a new career path. It was a long time ago, but I recall that I got 2 or 3 job offers at the same time when applied for Mansion so I had to choose. Mansion, however, grabbed me with their politeness, professionalism, positivism, and completely new industry, at least, for me at that point. Looking at it now with retrospect , I took the right decision for me, and I have been following it ever since.

What is the thing that you value most in your colleagues and what is the thing that you cannot compromise?

Their motivation, enthusiasm, and co-operation are the top three things I value most. The fact that we can openly discuss various aspects of our day-to-day challenges and exchange experience. Even pieces of advice that I have received is irreplaceable. It helps me grow professionally and be open-minded and also gives me the satisfaction of being helpful and useful to the others as well. It also helps me broaden my grasp of the bigger picture in the industry.

I describe myself as a very responsible person and with this train of thought irresponsibility and neglecting of the position requirements is something that I would not tolerate. However, I would gladly assist when others need help to develop them.

Who are the people who have most affected your professional development?

I would say my Team Leaders throughout the years. T hey were always there for me and helped me develop and focus on my strengths. They provided me with constructive feedback and gave me different perspectives. They really managed to keep me focused and give me this extra push when necessary while appreciating my efforts and the job well-done. This is a motivational trigger that allows you to motivate yourself further and contribute to the company/team goals as much as you can.

My team members as well as they do rely on us for proper guidance and assistance. When you see people progressing, reaching their potential and developing further within the company, I would be lying if I say it is not satisfying and fulfilling.

I can only hope that one day I will be given as an example figure who has helped others develop as well.

Is there a female/male business mindset?

There is a professional mindset, regardless of whether it is a female/male. People can inspire you with their motivation, decision-making and managerial skills, transparency, role-modelling, and knowledge. All qualities that do not depend on a particular gender but the person themselves.

How can our work affect our personality?

Our work can affect us both ways, negatively and positively, especially considering how much time all of us spent at our workplace nowadays. That’s why it is crucial to choose a place where you feel valued, fulfilled, inspired to learn new things, feel free to express yourself and share your ideas. When you feel at the right place, I do believe this can also impact your personal life positively and vice versa.

It is very important not to let your work life to overcome your personal one or vice versa, because otherwise both of them will suffer tremendously.

What are the values that you will never betray?

You know what they say, never say never, but I’d like to believe that I would never betray responsibility, punctuality, and transparency.

I do consider myself as an open, honest and reliable person, so it is important for me to see these values in the place I work and people I work with.

How do you think your colleagues describe you with one word?

It would be better to ask them! 😊 They often say I am very organized and reliable, so if I have to choose I will go 50/50 with both words.

How would you describe Mansion in one word?

How long have you been part of Mansion and how can you describe your career path so far?

I`ve been a part of the Mansion family for just about six and a half years. My career path, just like any other path in life, has been challenging. In the most positive way possible, of course. The learning curve has been extraordinary and supportive, thanks to the friendly and ready-to-help environment.

Why Mansion?

The company was recommended to me by a group of friends, all of whom still work here. This has made the fitting in process quite easy for me. Mansion was described to me as a friendly environment with focus on internal growth and this is exactly what I found when I joined. The question here is more along the lines of “Why STILL Mansion?” and the answer is really simple – opportunities. The in-house development plan to fill key roles within the company with internally developed employees has proven to be fruitful, and I have personally benefited from this approach quite a few times. Most importantly, I`m continuing the tradition and passing the torch to members of my team, making the number one goal to be their growth.

What is the thing that you value most in your colleagues and what is the thing that you cannot compromise?

What I love about my colleagues is their creativeness. Lots of our internal discussions turn into a brainstorming session quite quickly. Compromising for the sake of compromise is not an option. Each sacrifice needs to lead to a cohesive understanding and satisfaction with the focus on long-term positive outcomes.

Who are the people who have most affected your professional development?

Previous and current line managers I have had in the company. I have been through quite a few different positions in my time here and each manager has contributed in some way towards my development. I am very much a product of Mansion with a dash of personal idealistic views and what`s really fascinating is that I have managed to grow personally as well, whilst going through professional development.

Is it easier for you to work with the female or male mindset?

The politically correct answer would probably be no – we are all equal. The reality for me is a bit different though. Whether it is because I have mostly worked with female managers, or the fact I grew up in a matriarchy, it either way has led me to the conclusion that women are far superior in key areas of the business and to some extent – in life. If you put 10 men and 10 women through the same career path I have had, I`m certain that quite consistently women would do a lot better. Organizational skills, looking in perspective and most importantly multitasking are the main differences for me. There are multiple studies showing women being able to “split” their mind in 10+ different endeavours, whilst men struggle to be in more than one place at the same time. I`m positive we live in the women’s era nowadays.

How can our work affect our personality?

Discipline, methodical approach, patience, critical thinking and logic are just a few of the qualities you can transfer from your work life to your personal life. It may also be stressful and have a negative effect on our psyche, but I believe we live in an age where distress and mental health are far more socially acceptable topics than they were in the past and employees are generally assisted far better nowadays.

What are the values that you will never betray?

Trust. Period.

How do you think your colleagues describe you with one word?

Ambitious.

How would you describe Mansion in one word?

Family.

She thinks of herself as a person who has found her calling professionally and maybe that is why she is so dedicated to her work and enjoys being part of a great team. She cannot always find time for herself, but she finds the bright side of this because it is proof of the statement that when you find the right profession, you do not have to work for the rest of your life.

How long have you been part of Mansion and how can you describe your career path so far?

I have been part of the company for 5 years and 9 months now. I have started as a Junior Specialist and after this position I had the chance to grow professionally and to go through the steps that took me to my current position as manager of the same department.

Why Mansion?

It was love at first sight literally. The moment I came into the office back in 2016, I knew that this was my place. The time after that proved me right. I love my job and the satisfaction it gives me.

What is the thing that you value most in your colleagues and what is the thing that you cannot compromise?

I respect honesty, motivation and personal responsibility. I am an optimist and I always give credit for trust. I take the lies and the betrayal of trust very seriously and I would never make a compromise with this.

Who are the people who have most affected your professional development?

All people around me have affected my professional career somehow. My achievements are the result of heavy work, commitment and efforts, but I would never reach the place where I am now without the support, trust and the invaluable help of my direct manager and every single member of my team.

Is there a female business mindset?

There is only a business mindset – gender does not matter.

How can our work affect our personality?

With the experience we generate in everyday situations. I am not sure that the work we do makes us who we are, actually I think it's quite the opposite - the people with their positive and negative sides are the ones who change the work environment.

What are the values that you will never betray?

Loyalty and justice.

How do you think your colleagues describe you?

Workaholic.

How would you describe Mansion in one word?

Stability.
